    Fogger System

    Introduction

    How a Fogger System Works

    How a Fogger System Works

A fogger system is a setup that produces ultra-fine water droplets (fog) for cooling, humidifying, disinfecting, or aroma diffusion. These systems are especially useful in environments where high humidity and minimal wetting are required.

    How a Fogger System Works

    • Water Supply → filtered and sometimes treated.
    • Pump or Ultrasonic Unit → increases pressure or vibrates water at high frequency.
    • Nozzles or Discs → release water as fine droplets (2–10 microns).
    • Fog Dispersal → the mist spreads into the air and evaporates quickly.

    Common Applications

    How a Fogger System Works

    Types of Fogger Systems

    Greenhouses :Maintain humidity, cool plants

Mushroom Cultivation : Essential for high humidity

Poultry & Livestock : Cooling animals

Industrial Spaces: Dust suppression, cooling systems

    Hospitals/Labs: Disinfection & sterilization

    Warehouses: Temperature and humidity control

    Types of Fogger Systems

    Types of Fogger Systems

    Types of Fogger Systems

High-Pressure Foggers : Use pumps to push water through fine nozzles

Ultrasonic Foggers: Use vibration to break water into fine droplets

Thermal Foggers : Use heat to vaporize fogging liquid (for chemicals or disinfectants)

    Advantages

    Types of Fogger Systems

    Considerations

    • Low water usage
    • Uniform humidity distribution
    • Minimal wetting of surfaces
    • Energy-efficient (especially ultrasonic)
    • Can also distribute nutrients or disinfectants

    Considerations

    Types of Fogger Systems

    Considerations

    • Requires clean, filtered water to prevent nozzle clogging
    • Needs proper ventilation to avoid over-humidification
    • Can be expensive depending on system size and type

    Misting System

    Introduction

    Main Uses of Misting Systems

    How a Misting System Works

A misting system is designed to spray fine water droplets into the air for cooling, humidifying, dust suppression, or aesthetic effects. It works by pushing water through nozzles under pressure, creating a mist that cools the surrounding air through evaporative cooling.

    How a Misting System Works

    Main Uses of Misting Systems

    How a Misting System Works

    • Water Source – Clean water supplied to the system
    • Pump (optional) – Increases pressure (low, medium, or high-pressure systems)
    • Tubing & Nozzles – Water travels through tubes and is expelled via nozzles as a fine mist (10–100 microns)
    • Evaporation – The mist absorbs heat from the air and evaporates, cooling the area.

    Main Uses of Misting Systems

Outdoor Patios : Cool down open spaces

Restaurants & Cafés :Comfort for guests in hot weather

    Greenhouses :Cooling and basic humidification

Poultry/Dairy Farms :Reduce animal stress from heat

    Dust Control :Construction sites, mining

Events/Festivals :Outdoor cooling and crowd comfort

    Types of Misting Systems

    Types of Misting Systems

    Main Uses of Misting Systems

     Low-Pressure<100 psi~100 microns/Home patios, budget setups

Medium-Pressure100–250 psi 50–70 microns. Small businesses, hobby gardens

High-Pressure 800–1200 psi10–30 microns Commercial cooling, dust control

    Advantages

    Types of Misting Systems

    Limitations

    •  Effective evaporative cooling
    • Easy to install and scale
    • Affordable options available
    • Can improve air quality (dust/pollen control)
    • Suitable for outdoor and semi-open areas

    Limitations

    Types of Misting Systems

    Limitations

    • Can leave surfaces wet (especially low-pressure systems)
    • Needs clean water to prevent nozzle clogging
    • Less effective in high humidity environments
    • High-pressure systems may be costly
